At Abundance, every product is crafted and packed with care and intention. We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Ceremonial Cacao & Tea Products

Returns
Because our Cacao and botanical blends are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items once they’ve left our facility. This includes all Ceremonial Cacao products, including bars, blends, seeds of life discs, granules,
bars, and teas.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@abundance-cacao.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a full replacement or refund.

Electric Whisk

Returns
We gladly accept returns on all electric whisk items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@abundance-cacao.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions. Please note that the shipping return costs for the whisk are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Stickers 

Returns

For hygiene and practical reasons, stickers are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please email us sales@abundance-cacao.com within 7 days and we’ll be happy to replace it.
