Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Within the Netherlands)

We offer standard tracked shipping via DHL's trusted carriers, with delivery in 1-2 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as holidays or weather.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon checkout, customers will be able to view the expected delivery time when they enter their exact address. 

Order Tracking

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and make it right.
